<p>This one-day workshop for senior nonprofit managers &amp; Executive Directors provides an overview of key strategic financial management concepts, as well as practical methods for fulfilling this role within organizations. Using a combination of case studies and real-world financial data, the session is hands-on and discussion-oriented. It is designed to help nonprofit leaders carry out this essential role.</p>=0D=0A=

<p>Scott Schaffer, Principal of Public Interest Management Group, is an experienced nonprofit leader and consultant with a background in economics, finance and behavioral science. A four-time past executive director in the public health, housing and environmental fields. He's orchestrated financial turnarounds, launched innovative programs and partnerships, built sustainable high-performance organizations, and raised over $20 million for social and non-profit enterprises.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>As a consultant, he specializes in assessing business model health, and crafting organizational strategies for sustainability.</p>
