Recorded with one vintage microphone and no overdubs or frills, Steve's new music is part composition, part improvisation and tips its hat to the "American Primitive" sounds of John Fahey, Leo Kottke, Bert Jansch, and the blues and ragtime styles of Mississippi John Hurt, Ry Cooder, Blind Boy Fuller, Gary Davis and others.
