DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>One of the Greater Victoria Cycling Coalition's most popular rides!<br /><br />Come join in on this easy 15-km night ride and learn about the spirits who live in some of the finest homes and castles of Victoria. The ride departs from the fountain at Centennial Square at 6:30 pm and ends there at about 9 pm. Costumes and decorated bicycles are encouraged. See note below regarding night rides.<br /><br />Participants are required to wear helmets and bicycles must be in good mechanical condition.
