Whereas "The Special Olympics" highlight the athletic abilities of people with special needs,So Special Woodstock was created 18 years ago to celebrate the musical and creative talents of people with disabilities.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Professional Island bands alternate with people from all over the Island and Gulf Islands with unique talents on three different stages. It is a family friendly music festival. Admission is free although there are donation buckets available for those who would like to contribute to next years event.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>A totally non profit and community funded event, with amazing energy . Free bus transportation to and from Victoria, and Nanaimo Food booths, local vendors,ground entertainment, dancing, instrument workshops,and wheelchair friendly.</p>
