<p>You'll get a list of sounds to seek and be asked to creatively listen for news ones not on the list.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>SOUND AS NUTRITION? In sound therapy we know that we can also use sound as a nutrient and actually feed the body healthier, coherent frequencies and become aware of ones that are not supportive. We can learn so much from listening to each other and the world around us. Exercising our ears helps us become better listeners.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>This free community event will have you listening like never before and seeking for sounds. Free tuning fork tune ups on site too! Bring questions about sound healing, I love those!</p>=0D=0A=
