<p>Sound impacts our bodies in profound ways, some good, some not. We all have favourite sounds - songs, birds, laughter&hellip; and there&rsquo;s sounds that impact us negatively too. SOUND NUTRITION: In sound therapy we know that we can also use sound as a nutrient and actually feed the body healthier, coherent frequencies and become aware of ones that are not supportive. We can learn so much from listening to each other and the world around us.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Join us in this fun, spirited and unique format as we scavenge for sounds around us. Who knows, you'll probably make a new friend or two!</p>=0D=0A=
