It is a natural progression for those who have completed previous Soma Yoga classes successfully. &#8203;We will be expanding somatic movement patterns and blending with Hatha Yoga. This class is not suitable for students with chronic pain or severe limited mobility.&#8203; Must have experienced Soma Yoga or Somatics and ability to easily do the Daily Cat Stretch Series to register for this class.&#8203;</p>=0D=0A=
