DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:This is the 2nd (Annual) Sointula Canada Regatta.  It's for everyone.  =0D=0A=
Yachters can check out Sointula or get re-aquatinted.  We have a great harbour and anything a yachter would want.  Come and fill your water tanks - I guarantee, you will not find better water on the coast. =0D=0A=
There will be a fun sailing race and a predicted log race for boaters.  There is a $25 registration for these races - proceeds to the Friend's In Need Now fund. Registrations on site, or via web site. We even have ( a rather large) trophy and great prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd.  There will be kids events, a "marine" gear swap table and other vendors. (Time to unload that old gear) The Lion's Club will be hosting a beer gardens, and of course, there will be lots of food.  =0D=0A=
The kick off will be at the Paddling Dragon (Can you say Pizza!) with a pub-night at the Whales Rub on Sunday night starting around 6 PM.  =0D=0A=
Monday (July 1) is the big day.  There will be a pancake breakfast, food all day long and entertainment. The RCMP will be on hand for the singing the of Oh Canada - and boy do we have a cake. The races run in the afternoon. There will eb kids events and lots of vendors.=0D=0A=
We have so much to offer.  Museum tours, harbor and boater facilities, great food, hiking, camping - the list goes on.=0D=0A=
If you've never been to this community - now is the time to check it out.  We love visitors.  Be cautioned:  Once you've been here - you won't want to leave.
