=0D=0A=Bach’s Concerto in D minor for Keyboard, BWV 1052, is his finest composition in this genre and here features the fine pianist Susan de Burgh. Also included is a suite I have arranged from Handel’s Water Music and the premiere of my new piece “The Adventures of Sally and Her Motorcycle”. Several friends have told me they love this new piece and find it charming and I hope you will too! Orchestral colour abounds and the ever-witty Robert Holliston will read the story.

=0D=0A=The Adventures of Sally and Her Motorcycle is a story for both young and old. It tells the tale of Sally, an 11-year-old girl, who sets off on a road trip on her motorcycle and sidecar with her 8-year-old brother, Tómas, and Tómas’ dog, Dog Billy. They are searching for a Giant Thing they can build beside the road to bring happiness and prosperity to their impoverished small town in Canada. On their adventures they visit a variety of spectacular Giant Things and tough it out on a very bad day before finally discovering the perfect solution!
