DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Thrive Now Physiotherapy has developed a series of Pre-Operative information sessions and will be hosting the 1st in the series February 28th 2018.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>These sessions are free to attend and are open to current patients of both Thrive Now Clinics and the general public. We created these sessions to set patients up for success; we'll talk about what you can do pre-operatively that will prepare you better for surgery and recovery. We'll make sure you leave the session with some pre-hab and re-hab exercises along with a better understanding of what your surgery may entail. There will also be discussion about the rehabilitation stages following the surgery.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Along with exercise and more knowledge, attendees will also leave with a complimentary gift certificate for a free Physiotherapy session. Space in our Pre-Operative sessions is limited, so sign up is required. (no fees are charged)</p>=0D=0A=
