Shawnigan Lake School has a long history with this sport, as the school had the first squash courts on Vancouver Island in the early 1900s. Two years ago, the school  built six glass-backed courts as part of it’s new Sports Complex and well-known coach Mike Johnson joined Shawnigan’s athletics department as Director of Squash. =0D=0A=
