The team of senior providers including Keystone Eldercare Solutions, Delaney Relocation Services, River City Footcare and Gerry Dempsey, Registered Clinical Counsellor will help participants navigate the services and resources available to assist seniors and family caregivers stay in their homes for as long as possible.  This series is aimed at helping seniors and caregivers navigate these important issues. =0D=0A=
