The Nanaimo Yogathon aims to celebrate yoga in Nanaimo by offering a variety of yoga classes from many different teachers and also offering information to encourage awareness of the many offerings in Nanaimo. In short - to help build connection in our yoga community.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The event is by donation/karma and proceeds go towards two local charities:</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Yoga for Community Inclusion Sponsorship Program, a Program that aims at encouraging the inclusion of people with cognitive disabilities who have found yoga to help them to join regular yoga classes and</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Acceptance Cooperative, a program that offers self-care kits to people who have experienced abuse.</p>=0D=0A=
