<p>If you'd like to participate in this exciting event, contact info@rvyc.ca to register your vessel. Or if you just want to watch, the best spots are:</p>=0D=0A=
<p>7:00 pm Cattle Point<br />7:15 pm Willows Beach<br />7:45 pm Gyro Park, Cadboro Bay</p>=0D=0A=
<p>There will be a bonfire at Willows beach and hot chocolate at both Cadboro Bay and Oak Bay. All donations benefit the Kiwanis Club of Oak Bay and the Salvation Army.</p>=0D=0A=
