<p>Santa returns to UVic for his annual two-hour visit. He&rsquo;ll circle Ring Road in horse-drawn carriage and will come to a halt outside the UVic library. Free hot chocolate and cookies will be available until 1:45 p.m. Everyone is welcome&mdash;the young and those still young at heart. Bring your cameras for photos with Santa!</p>=0D=0A=
