Jess studied extensively in India under Paramanand Yoga, and brings a raw, authentic approach to the ancient Yoga philosophies. Learn heart opening techniques, welcoming universal love into your body by merging breath with movement.
=0D=0A=Nicole Monasterio brings a wealth of knowledge and training from the California Institute of Integral Studies. Allow her to guide you into a state of deep meditation and relaxation through a variety of sound healing modalities, such as tuning forks and conscious humming. Witness how the body receives sound and is able to guide it inward to support your own healing.
