DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Anger is a normal & valid emotion. It is when we hold onto anger in our bodies consciously or not, that it affects all aspects of ourselves and our lives. It creates an imbalance a 'dis-ease', which can quite literally manifest into physical illness if we do not address it, and release the anger held in our bodies. This will be an experiential exercise to literally release the anger that is stuck in your body. You will leave with a tool to use on your own, to release anger when necessary.
