<p>Be prepared and get trained in first aid skills. This basic one-day course is designed to provide participants with the skills to help save a life when seconds count. Training includes home hazards, accident prevention, CPR, first aid skills for common emergencies and how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED). Although a requirement in many workplaces, this is the perfect course for all citizens. Retraining is recommended every three years.</p>=0D=0A=
