Vinyasa Krama, has given rise to other related styles such as Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Flow Yoga. Ashtanga Yoga, from which Power Yoga is derived, is an offshoot of Vinyasa Krama but is considered a separate style in and of itself due to its specific and restricted asana sequence
