=0D=0A=Liberating Structures are a collection of powerful facilitation strategies that you can use in meetings, workshops, presentations and more. They are seriously fun methods to engage and work together. In this workshop you’ll experience what Liberating Structures are and learn how they can enhance your meetings and training events by including everyone in the room and sharing control. Liberating Structures will help you get away from using only “conventional” meeting structures - that often don’t make space for everyone to participate - and create meetings and training events that are lively, productive and innovative for all.
=0D=0A=This interactive workshop would be extremely useful for anyone who facilitates meetings or hosts training events. No prior facilitation experience is needed, however even seasoned facilitators will find this workshop engaging and useful to your facilitation practice.

=0D=0A=• Explain why Liberating Structures are so powerful in terms of inclusion and sharing control • Use at least ten Liberating Structures in your own meetings or training situations

=0D=0A=Beth Cougler Blom is a facilitator and learning designer who teaches facilitator development workshops such as the Instructional Skills Workshop (ISW) and Facilitating Learning Online (FLO).
