Different turn around point dependent on the length of your route.<br /><br /><strong><em>How much:</em></strong><br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Up to April 30th: Early Bird Registration $30.00 including t-shirt<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; May 1st: $35.00 including t-shirt<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Kids 12 and under are free: T-shirt may be purchased for $12.00 each<br /><br />Everyone is invited to partake in our community bike ride to raise awareness and funds for local services.<br /><br />Event Day: Snacks, drinks, lunch, resource table and draw prizes.<br /><br />Choose between 3 different rides<br /><br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 3km course <br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 10km course<br />&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 50km course&nbsp; &nbsp;<br /><br /><strong>CMHA Port Alberni</strong><br /><br />The Canadian Mental Health Association- Port Alberni branch has been serving the community for over 20 years. The programs and services we offer include:<br />-Advocacy- for matters such as disability applications/appeals and residential tenancy.<br />-Housing- a continuum of safe, secure and affordable housing opportunities in Port Alberni.<br />-New Horizons Clubhouse- community based rehabilitation, daily lunch program, transitional employment, social and recreational activities.<br />-Peer Support- trained peer support workers who also operate the mental health library.<br />-Outreach- assistance, advocacy and support for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.<br />-Food Matters- offers vocational training in a commercial kitchen and provides frozen meals to 35 people per month.<br />-Healthy Harvest- a horticulture program offering an opportunity for participants to learn and experience farm production and sales of organic produce.<br />-Disability Parking- parking permits available to the public.<br />-Connecting the Dots- promotes the mental health of urban Aboriginal youth and families.</p>=0D=0A=
