Humanity’s relationship with built environments has fascinated street photographers for many years. By focusing on their surroundings, urban landscape photographers tend to document 'the where' that they find themselves in, with less emphasis on 'the who.' Throughout this six-week course, elements of architectural, cityscape and street photography will be covered. Students will be given assignments with the objective to make normal scenes, the ones that we see day after day, in a captivating way. As this course is as much about the 'art' as it is about the technical side of photography, students should have a grasp of their camera’s basic functions. Suitable for all levels.
