It&rsquo;s both his blessing and his curse. He knows he&rsquo;s a cad, but he just can&rsquo;t help it: women simply believe everything he says! The story takes place in a provincial country estate where Anna, the landowner and a young widow, returns for the summer. Friends, neighbours and family, including her stepson Sergey and his new wife Sofya, welcome her home with a party and as the hot summer day progresses, everyone is playing elaborate games of romantic cat and mouse in one hilarious love triangle.
