The Fairmont Empress is pleased to announce a new children�s pastry kitchen experience! Children under 16 are invited to a 1 � hour baking and decorating extravaganza with our award winning Pasty Chef, D�Oyen Christie. Your child will receive an all access experience in the real Pastry Kitchen of the majestic Fairmont Empress, where 80,000 afternoon teas are created each year. Included in the $100 price each child will receive a Chef�s hat, personalized apron, framed certificate and their specially created pastry treats to take home. For an additional $44 per adult or $18 per child the whole family can enjoy the Afternoon Tea service after the �Pastry Chef� experience.
