<p>I am a Royal Roads Student conducting research about a justice related BC Government Service.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>To participate, in this study:</p>=0D=0A=
<p>(1) You must be able to attend a downtown Victoria location on the afternoon of July 26, 2019 for approximately 1.5 hours</p>=0D=0A=
<p>(2) you must be 19 years or older,</p>=0D=0A=
<p>(3) you must be willing to write a quick survey and a brief statement about your experience afterwards.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>(4) You must sign a consent form before participation</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Users who qualify and complete the study will receive a small honorarium consisting of a gift card.</p>=0D=0A=
