DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Come on down to the Parksville Community Park from 9 am to 5 pm to take part in this year's kite festival!<br /><br />There will be food concessions, various vendors, kite building tent for beginners, kite demonstrations, banner displays, and the ever popular Teddy Bear Drop.<br /><br />The Teddy Bear drop will be at 2pm, both days (20 bears each day) thanks to BMO and the Parksville Fire Department. Running the Bols is a race between teams of kids pulling a kite/parachute. BCKA Kite Kits cost $4 with free instruction/help building the kite, at the Lions tent. </p>=0D=0A=
