DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>VIU students and the City will host a public open house on Tuesday, April 23 at the Parksville Community Centre from 3 to 7 pm to present the draft Parks, Trails and Open Spaces Master Plan to residents. This drop-in open house will provide residents with a chance to comment before the final plan goes back to Council for final approval. This plan will form the vision for Parksville&rsquo;s parks, trails and open spaces over the next twenty years. The draft plan may be viewed from the City&rsquo;s website. We hope you will join us to provide your suggestions and feedback.</p>
