DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>In this painting course, students will explore the intersection between the human and natural worlds specific to gardens, landscaping and agriculture. Traditional tropes of plein air painting will be re-examined in order to bring new life to nature-based drawing and painting practices.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Man-made objects and systems will be examined in partnership with the beauty of natural spaces in a series of painting projects. Students will develop a broader understanding of how to use nature as subject matter in contemporary art by the end of this course.</p>=0D=0A=
