=0D=0A=John Hankins graduated from the University of South Wales and has an Executive MBA from the University of Bath. He moved with his wife and three daughters from the United Kingdom to Calgary in 2000, and at the beginning of 2016 moved to Vancouver Island. During his time in Calgary he was Calgary’s representative on the World Energy Cities Partnership where he led the initiative to have 9 energy cities sign a Climate Change Accord.
