<p>The workshop has been designed around one of the most impactful lessons for my clients that I've taught over the last year. Few lessons have had such a dramatic effect on such a large number of my weekly students.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Your pelvis is the linchpin for all powerful movement.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Now....you might be thinking...."I don't really care if I have a ton of power, I just want to feel good and do more stuff I like without thinking about it". What allows us to feel good and do stuff effortlessly and comfortably is actually the power that comes from being well-organized/well co-ordinated.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>You'll be getting much, much clearer about your pelvis by...</p>=0D=0A=
<p>mapping out your hip joints through tangible, felt sensations in movement getting much more co-ordinated in the numerous muscles that attach to your pelvis improving the movement of your spine, especially your lower back (your sacrum is part of your spine and your pelvis) relating what you'll learn about the pelvis to your whole self in action</p>=0D=0A=
