You don't have to be a runner or have previous running experience to take part. You do need to be able to walk comfortably at a reasonable pace for 35-40 minutes.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>This is a carefully structured program for adults who want to learn or relearn healthy running skills at a personalised pace in a friendly and supportive group.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The 13 week program ends just before the Oceanside Mothers' Day 5K event.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The cost of the clinic includes a 2020 ORCA membership and a non-transferable entry to the Mother&rsquo;s Day 5K walk/run event held in Parksville on Sunday, May 10th for those seeking an additional goal.</p>
