•Are you recovering from an injury and looking for a group to ease back into your running stride?  =0D=0A=
•Are you completely new to running and want to give it a try with a supportive group where you are encouraged to run your own pace?  =0D=0A=
•Is it time to dust off those running shoes and get out there and enjoy the longer days?  =0D=0A=

Give yourself the best chance of success and join an encouraging group to complete your Learn-to-Run program!   The program starts you walking with short runs of about a minute or two then gradually decrease the walk time while increasing the run time over a set period of time. by the end of the program you will be able to run for the period of time at a pace that is comfortable for you.  Clinic cost is $35 and includes an annual membership to Oceanside Running Club Association. =0D=0A=
