DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>The<strong> Oceanside Concert Band</strong> is a group of musicians in the commuinities of Parksville,&nbsp; Qualicum Beach, Nanaimo, and Port Alberni.&nbsp; We enjoy a<span style="text-decoration: underline;"> wide&nbsp;variety&nbsp;ages and experianece</span>.&nbsp; Annually, we perform 2 public concerts&nbsp;and 6 concerts at local senior care homes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The band is under the direction of Dr. Paul&nbsp;Rathke, a music director/teacher of distinction.&nbsp;</p>=0D=0A=
<p>The Band rehersals are Tuesday evenings from 730 -&gt; 9:30 pm from September to June each year. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>=0D=0A=
<p>We&nbsp;are also seeking a varienty of&nbsp;Concert Band insturments.&nbsp; If you are interested in joining our organization, please call us.&nbsp; In particular, we are seeking players of the followng instruments: <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Oboe</span></em>, <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Clarinet</span></em>, <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Flute</span></em>, <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Trombone</span></em>, <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">French Horn</span></em>, <em><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Baritone</span></em>, <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>Tuba</em></span>, and others.&nbsp; Your experience level will not matter.&nbsp; We play a wide&nbsp;varienty of music&nbsp;styles and levels.&nbsp;</p>=0D=0A=
