DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>In this class, we focus on a richly flavoured rice dish called yakhni pulao. In much of Northern India and Pakistan, the dish is considered a vital part of weekend meals.&nbsp; The pulao will be accompanied by nargisi kofta, a sort of Indian take on the scotch egg.&nbsp; We will also talk about the building blocks of good raita. In the introductory class, we ended the meal with a simple semolina halva.
