DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:Are you thinking about becoming a lifeguard? Planning to take your NLS this winter? Want to work on your lifeguarding skills? If you answered YES – then this is the pro-d day workshop for you. Work with some of our experienced staff on your lifeguard physical skills including eggbeater, head up front crawl, swimming with weights and towing. Time will also be set aside to work on your spinal, aquatic CPR and other first aid procedures. Participants must have previously taken either a Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross or NLS Course in order to sign up for this workshop.
