About Nick Gee

Nick was born and raised in Ladner, BC. Growing up in a musical family, music has always been an integral part of his life. In late 2009, after a summer of beach's and bonfires, along with the push of his friends, Nick recorded his first EP "What You Want is Want You Need". It was more of a fun project and a way to vent then a business to him. However, shortly afterwards he quickly began to play more and more shows and eventually writing more and more songs for each occasion. Music and performing became a way of life for him. Eventually turning a profit on the album Nick gained the confidence to dream of turning his passion into a career.

With growing experience and an expanding fan-base, Nick released his first fully produced album “Hope” on March 28th, 2014 to a 200 person sold out show at St. James Hall in Vancouver. The word around his home town is that “Hope” is on its way to becoming a big hit. One of the album’s singles even made it to the semi-finals top 4% in all of Canada through the CBC Searchlight competition last month. With this exposure Nick was asked to open and play along side local star Andrew Allen at Vancouver's Media Club and has now committed to performing whenever and wherever he can. Since then, Nick has signed to SIN Agency and is finding new ways each day to continue climbing up the music chain. His music videos for the album continue to gain attention all over the web and after planning and organizing himself a 10-shows-in-10-days tour with his band across BC and Alberta, it is safe to say that Nick has big hopes for “Hope”. http://www.nickgeemusic.com/
