We'll play with the movement &amp; energies of 3 Martial Arts; Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido, 3 Dance Arts; Jazz, Modern &amp; Duncan Dance and 3 Healing Arts; Yoga, Feldenkrais, and the Alexander Technique. <p>Appropriate for both new and seasoned movers, and all fitness levels. Tap into sensation and the joy of movement. AND, if you try the playshop, and then register for a session, take the $20 off the session cost. Wear comfortable clothes, your bare feet, and if you wish, bring a yoga mat for a little bit of sitting.</p>
