DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Be a part of RBC Sports Day in Canada - a national celebration of sports at all levels.&nbsp; Frank Crane Arena will have activities throughout the day.&nbsp; Nanaimo Aquatic Centre will have a $3 swim from 4-7pm with demonstrations by the Nanaimo Synchronized Swim Club and the the Nanaimo Riptides Swim Club.&nbsp; Catch a clippers game on Friday Nov 28 at 7:00pm or do a workout at the Oliver Woods Wellness park or Beban's Participark.&nbsp; Oliver Woods Community Centre will have a "Try-it: event with Sports Trivia happening throughout the dayas well as the following:&nbsp;</p>=0D=0A=
