Come celebrate National Indigenous Peoples’ Day! On Tuesday, June 21, we will be gathering as a community at Maffeo Sutton Park from 5-8 pm to celebrate, have fun, learn, and create community. This is a public and free community event.
=0D=0A=There will be entertainment and teachings from Mid-Island Métis Nation Fiddle Group, Snuneymuxw's Footprints of the Wolf, a jigging class, Summer Sage, Ed Peekeekoot, and more!
=0D=0A=Other fun stations include Indigenous games, beading, and the teepee.
=0D=0A=There will be vendors and food trucks such as Don’t Bannock, Tasty Street Food Truck, and Lickety Drippity.
