<p>The Nanaimo Arts Council is proud to announce the creation of a special community event.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>We are inviting everyone in the greater Nanaimo region to participate in the creation of a mural that will add colour to the side of a prominent outside wall in our downtown.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>NAC is organizing an open competition for the design of the mural. The winning design will be brought to life by professional muralists.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>All of this will take place over this summer and conclude with the great unveiling party during Culture Days on the last weekend of September.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>You are invited to our media launch:<br /> May 18th at 4 PM in our gallery at 78 Wharf Street <br />We will present our ideas, receive your suggestions and invite the possibilities for you to get involved.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>This can be the start of something really big.</p>=0D=0A=
