Mark the day on your calendar – Sunday May 21st, 2017 – Nanaimo Heritage Days is on its way! This year’s celebration is a one day event focused around its heritage themed parade and a variety of free family activities in the downtown area to fill your day with FUN!
=0D=0A=Family activities start at 10am and include Arts and Crafts, Kids Rides, Entertainment, Performances, Food Vendors, and much more downtown at Diana Krall Plaza, Maffeo Sutton Park, and Swy-A-Lana Lagoon Park. Family activities continue throughout the day until 5pm.
=0D=0A=At 1pm sharp the Nanaimo Heritage Days Parade begins, starting at the top of Victoria Road and making its way through the downtown core to Maffeo Sutton Park.
=0D=0A=This May long weekend celebration continues a Nanaimo tradition that has been held non-stop for over 152 years - come downtown on Sunday May 21st, 2017 and join in all the fun at this year's Nanaimo Heritage Days. See you there!
