The Nanaimo Blues Society’s Summertime Blues Festival presents their biggest ever line-up of Blues stars from U.S., England and Canada, playing every shade of blues imaginable.
Headlining on Friday will feature Tommy Castro with his guitar driving Western Blues sound. Saturday, you’re in for the best of the rockin’ British Blues Invasion of the '60s with the legendary Kim Simmonds and Savoy Brown. The Sunday headliner is none other than Blues Award-winning and Grammy-nominated Rick Estrin & The Nightcaps, with Estrin’s incomparable blues harp defining their dyed-in-the-wool blues sound.
