We meet at the Diana Krall Plaza in the heart of Nanaimo, we go for a 6-8K/45-60min run, chat, learn about Nanaimo while seeing some amazing sites. I have lots of stories to tell. Once that is done and you are all happy and sweaty, we eat a Nanaimo Bar and drink a coffee or tea (plus of course water) at one of the locations on the Nanaimo Bar Trail.
=0D=0A=How good is that? All levels of runners are welcome - on your own, with a friend, with family, with a well-behaved dog on a leash, or with a kid in a stroller.
=0D=0A=I'm OK with a walk/run or even a brisk walk. I'm also open to other days and times that fit your schedule. Please RSVP at least the day before and let's do this. You'll love it!
