Stories Worth Watching
You know that dream where you’re standing at the front of a classroom or board meeting giving a presentation, only to look down and realize you’re naked? Naked Girls Reading is kind of like that. This event combines two of the most commonly felt human fears – public speaking and vulnerability. Here’s the catch: brave female-identifying people are signing up to bare it all in the name of breaking down walls, and paying homage to great writers that straddle every sort of genre.
Naked Girls Reading merges the erotic and intellectual in such a way that audiences are touched, moved and titillated. Each month, we pose a different theme to presenters. Their stories unfold and get undressed a little differently each time. But hey, don’t judge a book its cover. You’ll want to experience it for yourself.
March’s theme showcases writings all about the good ol’ days of your youth. Ghost stories told at slumber parties, books read in school; who knows what our ladies will come up with! This night is more than just skin-deep. It’s a multi-dimensional evening that’s sometimes cheeky and sometimes challenging, but always a place where you belong. Come play on the pages, sit back, relax and feel the magic happen outloud.

Feeling like you want a little more intimacy? Get close & personal to the performers at these select but limited tables right near the stage. The Librarian usually says no liquids near the books, but up here, you get a signature cocktail. Spoiler alert: you also may get a little misting of saliva and… other things.
The Restricted Section:
$120 per table – seats 4!
Here’s your ultimate VIP experience. You get a signature cocktail, you’re up close and personal to the performers, and there’s even an epilogue to your evening. After the show, you’ll receive a signed performer photograph and your own handwritten poem. How we love thee!
