DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Prepare to be spoiled with one of the most spectacular alpine settings in North America!<br /><br />We'll take you from base, to valley, to top of the world on an amazing 15+ kilometer, 25+ obstacle tour of Mt. Washington!&nbsp; Think you've done a run on this property before? Think again!&nbsp; We'll bring you everything from jaw-dropping views, to burning quads and of course, tons of fun and an amazing accomplishment when you cross the finish line with a perma-smile and covered in mud!<br /><br />Distance is 15+ kilometers with 25+ obstacles.<br /><br />The 'Elites' will be in the first heat which will start at 8:30am.&nbsp; 8:40am will be the first Open heat and they will run every 20 minutes and will be capped at 100 runners max per heat.<br /><br />You will be given a color coded band to indicate which heat you are in so please make sure you're heading to the starting line for the right heat or you will be penalized with 25 burpees and sent to your correct heat time!<br /><br />The Elites will be chip-timed as they are competing for prizes.<br /><br />You must complete all obstacles individually (open heats/teams are able to help each other).&nbsp; Otherwise a 20 burpee penalty will be imposed and enforced by our very own Mud Mulisha Burpee police that will be stationed at each obstacle.&nbsp; Elites must attempt each obstacle once.<br /><br />The Jr. Mulisha run will start at 12:30 from the main festival area and will be a modified 1K course with 12 obstacles.&nbsp; Parents are welcome to run alongside their kids and are not obligated to do the obstacles.&nbsp; No penalty will be imposed on the kids for incomplete obstacles.<br /><br />Dress in layers as there will likely be some of that white stuff at the peak!&nbsp; Be prepared for the elements!<br /><br />For more information and to register for this event, go to <a href="http://www.mudmulisha.net/#!mt-washington/c9zz">http://www.mudmulisha.net</a></p>
