DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>Join yoga instructor and birth doula, Ren&eacute;e Ahmadi, to practice yoga posture and movements with your partners, useful at all stages of labour, as well as for delivery.<br /><br />We will focus on relaxation and breathing techniques, as well as visualization, affirmations and mantras.
