The key focus of this retreat is to create a space for you to do some thinking about what practicing more self-care could look like for you. At 7:00 pm we’ll all retire to a special table set aside just for us, at the Union Club for a delicious buffet supper that is included in the retreat price of only $77. Enjoying supper together will provide a wonderful opportunity to connect and get to know the other women making this same commitment to self-care and you may find an accountability buddy to keep you on track with your personal self-care commitments.
