<p>We will use meditation, yoga and journalling in 8 weekly sessions (plus a 1/2 day retreat) guided by Registered Clinical Counsellor Victoria Pawlowski. Call Victoria for more information and to see if this program is right for you at this time in your life.</p>=0D=0A=
<p>Although we each grieve in our own unique way, and there is no right way to grieve, time alone does not necessarily heal. &nbsp;We need to feel our losses and allow the grief to move through until we find our footing again. &nbsp;Mindfulnesss practices can help us deal with these difficult emotions while caring for ourselves.&nbsp;</p>
