DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE: This event boasts an outstanding line up of workshops, classes and lectures all day long starting with an opening ceremony at 9:50 am with speaker and Elder, Rose Henry,  followed by  Nutrition, Yoga, Ayurveda, BreathWalk, Feng Shui, and Meditation - tools to keep you healthy and happy... and a special presentation by Keith Baker who journeyed multiple times to the other side during 5 cardiac arrests in a 24 hour period  - he'll be sharing this experience.=0D=0A=

Come for the whole day or pick and choose the workshops you'd like to attend and therapies to receive. =0D=0A=

Therapists  will be offering complimentary Thai massage and reflexology sessions between 12 and 4 - sign up for your appointment at registration - first come first serve :-)=0D=0A=

Metchosin Yoga will be offering a yoga class and demonstration at 2 p.m, so if you plan on participating in this class, wear or bring comfy clothes.=0D=0A=
