DESCRIPTION;ENCODING=QUOTED-PRINTABLE:<p>The Metchosin Triathlon features a sprint distance on a fun and challenging course which takes in some of Vancouver Island&rsquo;s most stunning scenery. The course follows the quiet, rural roads and trails of Metchosin and East Sooke with views of farmland, forests and ocean.<br /><br />The Metchosin Triathlon is the Vancouver Island Triathlon Club Championship. Tri clubs from around the island can compete for Island bragging rights.
